However, we understand that there may be situations where changes or cancellations to an order are necessary. This policy outlines the process and conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be made.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and confirmed, we immediately begin preparation to ensure freshness and timely service. Therefore:
Cancellations are only accepted within 15 minutes of placing the order.
Cancellations requested after this time frame will not be entertained as ingredients may have already been processed.
For event or bulk orders (Sunday Feasts, catering), cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
If an order was cancelled within the permitted time frame.
If we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances.
If an order was placed and payment completed, but the items were unavailable.
Refunds will not be provided:
For delayed delivery caused by traffic or uncontrollable external factors.
If the customer is not present at the delivery address and cannot be reached.
For complaints made without sufficient proof (photo evidence, order number, etc.).
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
In case of third-party payment gateway issues, delays might occur, which are beyond our control.
Changes to Orders
Changes to orders can only be made within 10 minutes of placing them and subject to availability.
Any change in pricing due to item replacement will be communicated and adjusted accordingly.
