Multi Millet Pasta - 180g

Multi Millet Pasta — Italian-style pasta made from a blend of millet flours, cooking to a satisfyingly al-dente bite. Naturally higher in fibre and protein than regular refined-flour pasta, without any egg or added maida. Toss with a fresh tomato-basil sauce, a homemade pesto or a simple garlic-and-olive-oil aglio e olio. Boil for 8–10 minutes in salted water. Store in an airtight container; best within 6 months.
